Town of Farragut
North Ward Alderman
Thank you for electing me on August 1st. Let move forward for Farragut's future!
I have resided in Farragut for 25 years and maintain a voting record that is consistently 100% conservative Republican. As an entrepreneur, I own an executive services company, specializing in security and concierge transportation. Additionally, I am a volunteer coach for Farragut High School football, a former school resource officer, and Criminal Justice teacher at both Farragut and Gibbs High Schools. Over the past two decades, I have participated in numerous conservative and community events organized by various groups. I am an active member at First Baptist Concord, and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. I have supported many different Republican candidates including Farragut, Knox County, state, and national elections.
I have observed a resilient community grappling with the challenges of urbanization, propelled by career politicians and outside interests. Over-urbanization poses a threat to our future road safety by causing traffic congestion and compromises the security in our schools through overcrowding. Additionally, we are experiencing rising crime rates, as a byproduct of urbanization and an overburdened sheriff's department. My decision to run for alderman was influenced by a personal experience—an attempted robbery in my driveway, captured by my vehicle's dash cam, highlighting the adverse effects of unorganized growth in Farragut.
I stand firmly against the proposed urbanization in Farragut, which would involve unsustainable, high-density development without adequate infrastructure. The local government's disregard for citizen feedback further motivated my candidacy. I reject the concept of subsidized growth and the subsequent surge in service demands it brings. As a fiscal conservative, I am against frivolous spending, bureaucratic expansion, funding entities that lack accountability or refuse binding agreements, and initiatives that are merely duplicative.
Look for Alex at the 2024 Town of Farragut July 4th Parade!
